Security & Vulnerability Disclosure

This page explains the security principles behind WADeck and how to report a vulnerability or security concern.

Security approach

WADeck is designed for teams that need CRM collaboration without sharing messaging account passwords. We focus on controlled access, connected account session protection, team permissions, and operational visibility.

Security is a shared responsibility. WADeck provides safeguards, and customers remain responsible for workspace users, account behavior, and compliance with WhatsApp and Telegram rules.

Connected accounts and sessions

Customers connect their own WhatsApp or Telegram account to a secure cloud workspace. WADeck uses that connection to provide inbox, CRM records, scheduled messages, automation, templates, and AI-assisted workflows.

WADeck supports encrypted sessions and no-password-sharing workflows so teammates can work through the CRM workspace instead of sharing account credentials.

Team controls

WADeck supports admin and member roles, assigned customer or conversation visibility, and operation logs or audit records to help teams control access and review important activity.

Customers should remove inactive users, assign access carefully, and review team activity when account behavior or customer data sensitivity changes.

Data and AI boundaries

WADeck may store message history, contacts, leads, templates, schedules, and operation records to provide the cloud CRM workspace and team collaboration.

WhatsApp and Telegram messages, customer records, contacts, and lead data are not used to train AI models. AI features run only when a user triggers workflows such as reply drafting, translation, or summarization.

Sending safeguards

WADeck provides safeguards for scheduled messages and bulk or broadcast sending, but customers must use those features responsibly with consented contacts and reasonable frequency.

Third-party platforms may still limit, suspend, or restrict accounts based on user behavior or platform policies.

Report a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security issue, contact support{'@'}wadeck.ai with a clear description, affected URL or workflow, reproduction steps, and any relevant screenshots or logs.

Please avoid accessing, changing, deleting, or sharing data that does not belong to you. We appreciate responsible reports that help improve WADeck security.
